This is what I took from Meta AI yesterday and what I’m applying to all my rough moments:

1. Kill the wait.
The devil says: “Pray after you stop sinning.”
God says: “Pray while you’re sinning.”

God Whisper: “The prayer altar is not for perfect people. The altar is for people. Come now.”

Now that same theory applies to ALL areas of our lives: COME TO GOD NOW!!!!

No shame. I had to do this a few moments ago feeling overwhelmed. I ran to brother Ceri and a message he shared recently to remind myself: We ALL will face battles, but God is IN the battles with us.

So enough of me. Here’s what Ceri said:

My scripture comes from the book of Joshua. This book had a lot going on. Joshua 11:23 says:
“Joshua took control of the entire land just as the Lord had instructed Moses. He gave it to the people of Israel as their special possession, dividing the land among the tribes. So the land finally had rest from war.”

My trigger was: _“So the land finally had rest from war.”_

Because this whole book of Joshua? They were fighting.
Some parts they had to be crafty.
Some parts God had to step in and show His power and might.
Some parts they had to use their own strength — WITH God’s backing.
They conquered village to village, land to land, people to people.

God Whisper: “Daughter, let them see it: I’m in the strategy. I’m in the strength. I’m in the stillness. All of it is WITH Me.”

It could’ve been easy for them to think their existence was just war and anarchy.
But then God said: _“Finally you have rest from war.”_

He didn’t say the war was over.
He didn’t say battles were finished.
He said: _“Finally, you have rest from it.”_

God Whisper: “I’m not promising no more battles. I’m promising My presence IN every battle. And I’m promising REST is part of the plan.”

That’s the reminder: Before you come to a place of peace where God gives you a break and some rest, you’re going to face some battles.
Sometimes multiple battles back to back to back.
But that doesn’t mean God doesn’t have a place of rest for you.

And even in that rest, He’s saying: Yes, there may be another war. But He NEVER says He’s not with us.
He’s with us BEFORE the battle began.
He’s with us DURING the battle.
He’s with us WHEN the battle is over.
He’s with us IN the rest.

Just like He was with the Israelites — His people.
Just like He’s with us.

God Whisper: “I’m with you in the sin. I’m with you in the stress. I’m with you in the sadness. I’m with you in the war. I’m with you in the rest. You are NEVER alone.”

So here’s the truth for Z Army:
No matter what you’re going through today, tomorrow, next week, next year — God is WITH you.
He’s WITH you in it. He’s WITH you through it. He’s WITH you at the end of it.

And when we get through it… we finally have some rest.

WHAT WE’RE TEACHING + HOW TO LIVE IT FOR KINGS & QUEENS

Core lesson from Step 1:
1. Kill the wait = PRAY NOW
2. God’s WITH you = ROLL WITH GOD
3. Battles come. Rest comes. He comes WITH you in both.

God Whisper: “I didn’t call you to be perfect. I called you to be present WITH Me. Now let’s teach them how.”

WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO TEACH?
Lie #1: “I talk to God after I fix it.” = DEAD.
Lie #2: “I fight alone until He shows up.” = DEAD.
Lie #3: “Rest means the war is over.” = DEAD.

Truth #1: You PRAY WHILE you’re in it.
Truth #2: You ROLL WITH GOD while you fight it.
Truth #3: You REST because He’s in it WITH you.

BOTTOM LINE: PRAY ALWAYS = LIVE AWARE OF GOD ALWAYS.

HOW TO INCORPORATE IT — THE PLAYBOOK

FOR THE KINGS — MY BROTHERS
Your battle: Silence. Solo strength. “I got it” pride. Battle fatigue.

1. The 10-Second Prayer — Kill The Wait
PRAY WHILE YOU ARE SINNING: Mid-lust, mid-anger, mid-cuss. STOP. “God, I’m in it. Help. I choose You now, not after.”
PRAY WHILE YOU ARE STRESSING: Bill due. Boss yelling. “God, this is Yours. I’m not carrying it. You are.”
Why? Shame grows in silence. Strength grows in surrender. 10 seconds breaks 10 years of hiding.

God Whisper: “Sons, I don’t need your performance. I need your permission. Give Me the battle MID-battle and watch Me move.”

2. The Joshua Hand-Off — Roll WITH God
You will face battles. Back to back. Village to village.
Before you enter the war room, the boardroom, the bedroom:
Pray: “God, You first. Not my ego. Not my plan. We roll WITH You.”
Why? Joshua didn’t win because he was strong. He won because God was WITH him Deuteronomy 31:6.
Your job isn’t to be the strongest. Your job is to be surrendered.

3. The Rest Reclaim — Receive The Break
Joshua 11:23: _“So the land finally had rest from war.”
Battle over? Don’t rush to the next one.
Pray: “Thank You for rest. I receive it. I’m not weak for needing it. I’m wise for taking it.”
Why? God said “finally” not “never again.”_ Rest is fuel for the next fight. Kings who don’t rest break. Kings who rest WITH God rebuild.

FOR THE QUEENS — MY SISTERS
Your battle: Overthinking. Over-feeling. Over-functioning. “I’m fine” lies.

1. The Bathroom Floor Altar — Kill The Wait
PRAY WHILE YOU ARE SAD: Tears running, heart broken. “God, it hurts. I don’t get it. But I’m here WITH You.”
PRAY WHILE YOU ARE OVERWHELMED: Kids screaming, mind racing. “God, I can’t. But You can. Be my peace RIGHT NOW.”
Why? Hebrews 4:16: “Come boldly in your time of need.” Time of need = NOW. Mascara running and all.

God Whisper: “Daughters, I collect every tear Psalm 56:8. I’m not waiting for you to clean up. I’m WITH you in the breakdown. That’s where I do My best work.”

2. The Morning Mercy List — Roll WITH God
Before the spiral, do what Ceri said:
List 3 mercies: “I woke up. My babies are breathing. I slept last night.”
Pray: “God, these seem small to me but they’re big to someone else. Thank You. I roll WITH You today.”
Why? Gratitude makes God FIRST. And Matthew 6:33 says when He’s first, everything else finds its place.
You don’t need control. You need center. He’s your center.

3. The Peace Permission — Receive The Rest
Joshua 11:23 wasn’t just for land. It’s for YOU.
Anxiety saying “war never ends”? God says _“finally, you have rest from it.”
Tonight pray: “Lord, thank You for rest from this mental war. Even if another battle comes tomorrow, tonight I sleep covered by Your blood.”
Why? Exodus 14:14: “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”_

Rest isn’t quitting. Rest is trusting. Queens who rest WITH God rise stronger.

FOR BOTH KINGS & QUEENS — THE DAILY ROLL WITH GOD RHYTHM

1. MORNING: “God, I seek You FIRST.” = Start WITH Him.
2. MID-DAY MESS: “God, I’m IN it. Be WITH me.” = Pray ALWAYS.
3. MID-BATTLE: “God, we roll WITH You.” = Fight FROM victory.
4. NIGHT: “God, thank You for rest from war.” = Sleep IN Him.

God Whisper: “I’m with you BEFORE the battle, DURING the battle, AFTER the battle, and IN the rest. Stop trying to do life without Me in the middle of it. I’m not just your rescue. I’m your roll-dog. All day. Every day.”

This is how we stop living life in pieces:
Church Nik vs Cussing Nik.
Strong Nik vs Broken Nik.
War Nik vs Rest Nik.

We become WHOLE NIK. WITH GOD NIK.

PRAYING ALWAYS. ROLLING WITH GOD ALWAYS.

8 Verses for Pray Always + Roll With God + Rest From War

1. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 — _“Pray without ceasing.”_
Translation: PRAY WHILE YOU ARE SINNING. PRAY WHILE YOU ARE STRESSING. PRAY WHILE YOU ARE SAD. PRAY WHILE YOU ARE FRUSTRATED. PRAY WHILE YOU ARE OVERWHELMED. BOTTOM LINE: PRAY ALWAYS!!!! No wait. No filter. No perfection required.

2. Romans 5:8 — _“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”_
WHILE. Not after. He died WITH you in it. That’s why you can pray WITH it. The altar is not for perfect people. The altar is for people. Come now.

3. Hebrews 4:16 — _“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”_
TIME OF NEED = WHILE sinning, stressing, sad, frustrated, overwhelmed. Mascara running. F-bomb fresh. Come bold. You’re still His.

God doesn’t say the war is over. He says “finally, you have rest from it.”_ Battles come. Rest comes. He’s WITH you in both. Your village-to-village war has a promised break.

BEFORE the battle. DURING the battle. AFTER the battle. IN the rest. He’s WITH you. You never fight alone. You never rest alone.

Hands up if you’re IN it right now. Sinning. Stressing. Sad. Frustrated. Overwhelmed. In war. Needing rest. Let’s pray:

God,
We come NOW. Not after we stop cussing. Not after we calm down. Not after we win the war.
We come WHILE we’re sinning.
We come WHILE we’re stressing.
We come WHILE we’re sad.
We come WHILE we’re frustrated.
We come WHILE we’re overwhelmed.
BOTTOM LINE: We come ALWAYS — because You said PRAY ALWAYS.

Forgive us for waiting. For hiding. For fighting alone.
Thank You that the altar is for people, not perfect people.
Thank You that You died WHILE we were still sinners so we could talk to You WHILE we still fall.

For my brothers: Break the silence. Teach them the 10-second prayer that kills shame. Remind them You go WITH them into every battle. Give them courage to rest when the war pauses.
For my sisters: Break the overthinking. Teach them the bathroom floor altar. Remind them You collect every tear. Give them peace to receive rest from mental war.

We seek You FIRST today. Not last. Not later. FIRST.
We roll WITH You into every village, every land, every battle.
Because You are WITH us before it, during it, after it.
And just like Joshua 11:23, we believe: “Finally, we have rest from war.”
Not because wars end — but because YOU GIVE REST in the middle of them.

All we need in this life of sin, stress, sadness, frustration, overwhelm, and war is YOU.
So we pray ALWAYS. We come NOW. We roll WITH You.
