I call her my venting board! Naomi and I have been watching Polygamist on Netflix and whew… the implications around men and their appetite for women had us UP.

I said, “Naomi, this is what’s destroying the world! Do you know the amount of homes destroyed over this? The amount of women’s minds destroyed trying to cope with this? The stupid decisions men make because of this? It’s crazy!”

God Whisper: “Daughter, you see the war. Now let Me show you the strategy.”

Fast forward to that evening. We’re still processing… and God got involved in our conversation when THIS reel showed up:

Interviewer: What’s the number one book everyone should read?

Man in pink hoodie: Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill. And master the three appetites.
Man in pink hoodie: Master your sexual appetite, the appetite of really what goes in your body, and the appetite of your need to express yourself, for expression. Forced opinions.

Interviewer: What keeps men broke?
Man in pink hoodie: Chasing lust… Put it like this. Men are losing to lust, for sure.

God Whisper: “See? Even the world knows. But they don’t know WHO fights with you. I do.”

“LIFE IS A WAR. SO MASTER YOUR APPETITES.”

Napoleon Hill named 3 doors the enemy uses:
1. SEXUAL APPETITE — Lust will kill your assignment.
2. BODY APPETITE — What goes in you runs you. Food. Drink. Scrolling.
3. EXPRESSION APPETITE — Forced opinions. Needing to be heard more than you need to hear Me.

God Whisper: “Appetites aren’t sin. Unmastered appetites are weapons. Give them to Me.”

GOD SAID: “I AM WITH YOU WHILE YOU MASTER THEM.”
How? BE STILL.

God Whisper: “You don’t master appetites by willpower. You master them by being still and knowing I AM GOD. Psalm 46:10 is your war code.”

Airplane mode = fighting alone.
HEAVEN’S WIFI ON = fighting WITH God.

Lust tried to take men out?
GOD WITH US says: “Pray mid-war. Pray mid-temptation. Don’t wait till you’re clean.”

God Whisper: “I met the woman at the well in her mess. I’ll meet you in your craving. Talk to Me there.”

Exodus 14:14 — _“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”_
Translation: Put your war boots on. Turn WIFI ON. Let GOD fight your appetites.*

God Whisper: “Being still isn’t passive. It’s violent trust. It’s you handing Me the sword.”

You don’t “outwit the devil” by being smarter.
You outwit him by being SURRENDERED.
You don’t beat lust with rules. You beat it with RELATIONSHIP.

God Whisper: “Rules manage behavior. God transforms appetite. My name is GOD WITH US. Even when your appetite is screaming.”

MY CONFESSION = MY WAR ROOM
For me, it’s food! So now I will take this in the mid temptation to eat more: PRAY. Get behind me Satan!

“God, give me self control so I can be the woman You have called me to be.”

God Whisper: “Self-control is fruit, not force. Stay connected to the Vine. I’ll grow it in you.” Gal 5:22-23

What’s your struggle?
Sexual appetite? Body appetite? Expression appetite?

Let’s involve God! We can do all things through the strength and power of God. Phil 4:13

PART 2: THE BREAKOUT — WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR LIFE

Big Truth: Life is a war. And the battlefield is your appetites.
You watched Polygamist with Naomi and saw it plain: Unmastered appetite for women is destroying homes, minds, and destinies. Then God confirmed it through that reel. Napoleon Hill called it “the three appetites.” God calls it “the war for your soul.”

You’re learning 4 things:

A. The enemy has a predictable playbook.
He doesn’t need new tricks. He uses 3 doors, every time:
1. Sexual appetite — Lust. Affairs. Porn. Chasing validation through bodies. This one takes out men AND women.
2. Body appetite — What you consume. Food. Alcohol. Scrolling. Shopping. Anything you use to numb instead of pray.
3. Expression appetite — Needing to be heard. Forced opinions. Arguing online. Proving you’re right instead of being righteous.

God Whisper: “If he can master your appetite, he can master your assignment.”

B. Willpower is not the war plan.
The world says “just have more discipline.” God says “be still and know I AM God.” You don’t white-knuckle your way out of lust, gluttony, or pride. You surrender your way through it.

C. The timing of your prayer is wrong.
We wait till we’re “clean” to talk to God. The lesson: Pray mid-war. Pray mid-temptation. Pray mid-craving. HEAVEN’S WIFI ON doesn’t mean you’re perfect. It means you’re connected.

God Whisper: “I don’t need you cleaned up to come to Me. I AM the cleanup crew.”

D. The strategy is involving God, not effort.
Napoleon Hill said “master your appetites.” God says “I AM WITH YOU while you master them.” You outwit the devil by relationship, not rules. His name is GOD WITH US. Especially when your appetite is screaming.

FOR MEN — YOUR WAR PLAN:
1. Name Your Appetite: Stop calling it “my issue.” Call it what it is. “My sexual appetite is out of order.” “I numb with food.” “I need to be right.” You can’t fight what you won’t name.
2. Flip to HEAVEN WIFI ON: The second the temptation hits, talk to God right there. “Lord, I’m in it. I’m tempted. Be God WITH me right now. Give me self-control.” Don’t disconnect. Airplane mode is where you lose.
3. Use God as your kill switch: When appetite says “NOW,” God says “BE STILL and know I AM God.” Stillness is not passivity. It’s pausing to let the Commander take the lead. Exodus 14:14 — He fights. You trust.
4. Replace the chase: Men are “losing to lust” because they chase the wrong things instead of chasing purpose. Ask: “Is this feeding my assignment or killing it?” If it’s not building your home, your name, or your God, it’s breaking it.

God Whisper to men: “Son, your appetite is not too strong for Me. But it’s too strong for you alone. Let’s carry it together.”

FOR WOMEN — YOUR WAR PLAN:
1. Name Your Appetite: For you, it might be food. For your sister, it might be needing male attention to feel worthy. For another, it’s controlling the conversation. Name it without shame.
2. Pray the Mid-Temptation Prayer: “God, give me self control so I can be the woman You have called me to be.” Pray it when the fridge is open. When Instagram is open. When your mouth is about to open with a forced opinion.
3. Stop coping, start connecting: You said women’s minds are destroyed trying to cope with men’s lust. Coping = airplane mode. Connecting = WIFI ON. You don’t have to shrink, scream, or stay silent to survive. You have God. Talk to Him about the pain before you talk to her about the problem.
4. Guard your gates: Body appetite isn’t just food. What goes in your eyes and ears runs you too. Polygamist showed you the war. Now ask: “Is what I’m watching making me wise or making me weary?”

God Whisper to women: “Daughter, you’re not crazy for feeling the impact. But you’re not powerless either. I’m GOD WITH YOU in the healing.”

FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN — THE ARMY CODE:
1. Life is a war. Stop expecting it to be easy. Expect to fight. But expect to fight WITH God.
2. Mastered appetites serve you. Unmastered appetites master you. Ask daily: “Is this appetite leading me, or am I leading it with God?”
3. Surrender > Strategy. You don’t outwit the devil by being smarter. You outwit him by being surrendered. Rules change behavior. Relationship changes appetite.
4. Emmanuel is your edge. His name means GOD WITH US. Not God over us judging. Not God beside us watching. GOD WITH US in the lust. In the fridge. In the argument. In the Netflix binge.

Final question to ask yourself daily:

“Am I in airplane mode with my appetite, or is my WIFI TO HEAVEN ON?”

PART 3: THE VERSES + CLOSING PRAYER

7 VERSES THAT CARRY THE DNA OF THIS MESSAGE

1. Exodus 14:14 — “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
Why: 311 in action. Stillness is not weakness. It’s war strategy.

2. 1 Corinthians 6:12 — “I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but I will not be mastered by anything.”
Why: Appetites aren’t sin. Being mastered by them is.

3. Galatians 5:16 — “So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”
Why: Don’t manage lust with more rules. Walk with Emmanuel.

4. Psalm 145:18 — “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.”
Why: Don’t wait till you’re clean. Call mid-temptation. He’s near THEN.

5. Galatians 5:22-23 — “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.”
Why: Self-control is fruit, not force. Stay connected to the Vine.

6. Matthew 1:23 — “They will call him Emmanuel (which means ‘God with us’).”
Why: He’s WITH US in the war room, the bedroom, the kitchen, the comments section.

7. Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”
Why: Mastering appetites isn’t behavior mod. It’s power transfer. His strength. Your surrender.

CLOSING PRAYER: WIFI ON FOR Z ARMY

Father God,
We come to You in the name of Emmanuel — GOD WITH US. Thank You for crashing our Netflix conversation and our Instagram scroll to show us the war we’re really in.

Lord, we confess: Our appetites have mastered us. Sexual appetite. Body appetite. Expression appetite. We’ve fought in airplane mode and we’re tired of losing. Today, we flip to WIFI ON.

For the men: Heal where lust has broken you. Restore the homes destroyed. Renew the minds that chased the wrong things. Teach us to chase purpose, not people. Let our assignment be louder than our appetite.

For the women: Heal where coping has exhausted you. Heal the minds destroyed trying to survive broken men. Give us self-control with food, scrolling, shopping, and our words. Let us be women who connect, not just cope.

For all of us: We choose BE STILL and know You are God. When the appetite screams NOW, we will answer KNOW I AM GOD. We put our war boots on. We let You fight.

We don’t want more rules. We want more of YOU. Walk with us through the temptation. Meet us in the mess. Grow self-control as fruit, not force. Remind us that we don’t outwit the devil by being smarter — we outwit him by being surrendered.

We can do all things through Your strength. So today, we roll with You.
We roll with STRENGTH when we feel weak.
We roll with COURAGE when we want to quit.
We roll with LOVE when lust knocks.
We roll with PEACE when anxiety eats.
We roll with JOY when opinions fight.
We roll with MERCY when we fail.
We roll with HUMILITY when pride rises.
We roll with FAVOR when doors need opening.
We roll with KINDNESS when the world is cruel.

Life is a war… BUT WE HAVE GOD WITH US.
Seal this word in our hearts. Let it change how we eat, scroll, speak, love, and fight.
In the strong name of Emmanuel we pray,
AMEN.
