“ON MY UGLIEST DAYS, YOU SAY THAT YOU’LL ALWAYS LOVE ME JUST THE SAME”

“And then You remind me that You’re holding me tight
You said the past is behind me and it will be alright”– Where Do I Fit In, Justin Bieber

That’s my testimony, too!!! The way God finds all these ways to let me know that He is ALWAYS with me, just blows the God Maniac here away! Like I started a new YouTube playlist called Rolling With God on the Daily and out of almost 800 videos, one played about how the word “Synergy” appeared in an appointment with God years ago, and ever since then, its become a special word between me and God that even in my weakest moments He is my strength.

Fast forward to me going to the food store later on that night. I started crying when I saw these bottles of Kombucha named Synergy. The reason I cried was because I thought back to my lowest of moments and how God has been with me to bring me back to my feet. His love! I knew it was another glimmer of God’s Presence with Him taking my attention to those bottles to remind me that He was with me. It was another one of those updates from God that He gives us throughout the day when we know His voice.

Fast forward to the very next morning, my phone glitched, and I had no internet. Instead of going to our family’s website where I usually go for my morning appointment with God, I continued reading from a meditation book on my phone, and look what incredibly showed up:

“LEARN TO LEAN ON ME more and more. I know the full extent of your weakness, and that is where My powerful Presence meets you! MY STRENGTH AND YOUR WEAKNESS FIT TOGETHER PERFECTLY—IN A WONDERFUL SYNERGY (Wink! Wink!) designed long before your birth. Actually, My Power is most effective in weakness. This is counterintuitive and mysterious, yet it is true.

It is important to lean on Me when you’re feeling inadequate or overwhelmed. Remind yourself that you and I together are more than adequate. To sense my nearness, try closing your hand as if you’re holding on to Mine. For I take hold of your right hand and say to you, “Do not fear; I will help you.” – Jesus Always

That was no coincidence! It was another one of my God winks orchestrated by God Himself down to having had that glitch to happen with my phone’s internet just so He can tell us all that He wants us all learning to lean on Him! Just like that Justin Bieber song says, on our ugliest days, He loves us just the same! Make this year your year to start walking more closely with God in every moment. No matter where you are, even at your ugliest and lowest, He is there waiting for you with open arms. GOD, PULL US ALL CLOSER TO YOU!!!! Then hear Him say, “Do not fear; I will help you.” – Wink! Wink!

GOD, I’M SO INTO YOU

That’s the song I’m now singing to God because He finds all these ways to reveal His Presence with me. The love! The love! The love He shows me is so intense that I want to say, ‘God, I’m all Yours!!! May my entire life glorify You!!!!’ And I want the whole world here with me, not missing out on one nanosecond of rolling with Papa GOD, baby!

I can’t get over how I had a talk with my new car detailing guy, Kari before we closed up the shop together on Thursday night. I said to him, “This business is my cross right now to carry. We must be like Jesus in the world and carry our crosses on behalf of God.” Fast forward to the next day, and it was Good Friday, where we remember when Jesus carried his cross, I woke up stressing over this cross (our family’s business), and I said let me see what God had to say to me in my meditation book, and look what I directly opened up to:

“CARRY IT (YOUR CROSS) JOYFULLY, LOVINGLY. Carry it generously and you will learn to hide it from those around you, as you would hide a treasure. Hide it behind a generous smile and you will discover in the depths of your soul, what our Lord’s words mean when he says, ‘My yoke is easy and my burden is light’ (Mt 11:30); for he, the good Cyrenean of souls will help you carry it.” – Jesus As Friend by Salvatore Canals

Honestly, my heart just melted! Honestly, who am I for God to show me such love and attention? I woke up all anxious and stressed (your girl is not used to all this pressure!), and God lovingly showed up as if saying, “Nik, don’t stress, my boo. You can carry this cross joyfully because I am here to help you.”

And help me, God has been doing! Knowing I’m not tackling this dealership alone and that God Himself is my Partner brings me such peace. I tell our staff that we must show up, do our best, and leave the rest with God.

Everything we do is between us and God! Don’t worry about what anyone else is doing; do what you feel God is asking you to do and be obedient to Him! I promise you, this is the way to the best life with God. Kari has inspired me so much! He takes his prayer times seriously, and he has inspired me to up my game and connection with God.

I want the entire world here with us. Let’s make rolling with God on a daily a lifestyle where we are looking to God in every example, every decision, every circumstance, and every decision, seeking to do what it is He would have us to do. May we all be God’s representatives in the world where we go overboard in love, loyalty, patience, kindness, gentleness, and faithfulness. I say I’m loyal to a fault, but God Himself rewards that loyalty. The way God shows up for me in every aspect of my life, I say God, anything to please you, let me learn. Amen.

GOD IS ALWAYS GIVING US UPDATES

That’s the message I get from Ceri! For example, I asked my son Emmie to have an appointment with God with me reading my book, Keep Calm, You’re Rolling With God, and he picked number 310. It was about marriage, so I asked him if we could read Day 311 instead, and this showed up:

“We can have peace, joy, and happiness despite our problems. One of the best ways is simply by not worrying about tomorrow. Matthew 6:34 says, “Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.” My meditation book says, “It is vain and useless to feel either grief or joy for future things which perhaps will never take place.”

I thanked Emmie because that was the perfect message for crazy lady here who is forever stressing about the future. Fast forward to the very next morning. Can you believe God figured out a way to confirm that message from my book? My friend/customer, Joey sent this text message to me:

“One day at a time
The problem many times is that we live in tomorrow’s issues and tomorrow’s battles. Jesus clearly said “take no thought for tomorrow” meaning live one day at a time. Matthew 6:34”

No one can tell me that from the entire Bible, Joey just happens to send me that verse from my appointment with my son. It was another one of my God winks where everything lined up a little bit too perfectly to be considered some ordinary coincidence, but God giving us all an update that He is intimately involved in every moment of our lives and we can trust Him one day at a time.

Then, before typing this, I saw the number 77 and decided to go to our family’s website to see what God had to say to me there and precisely what I had just told a customer, showing him my empty car lot that God said I should give Him my nothing, this incredibly showed up:

… give Me (God!) this nothing. Didn’t I create with nothing?’ – He and I

All these little updates from God remind us that we’re not going through life alone and that His Presence is always with us. Make sure you are waking up to your appointments with God. Just how we need regular food, we need spiritual food to nourish our souls with a God perspective to tackle our lives. I feel like I’m in the fire right now but I know who is in the fire with me: GOD HIMSELF, BABY!!! In God we trust! We walk by faith!

“DON’T BE MAKING ME CRY ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, DUDE!!!”

That was me to my brother, Ceri, today! Like no joke, your girl has a lot of pressure on her right now! So, that meant me running to God in an appointment with Him on Thursday evening, listening to one of my old videos on our family’s website where I mentioned this specific verse:

“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.” – 1 Corinthians 10:13

The following day, I was out running and listening to Ceri’s messages that I recorded and uploaded on YouTube, and he repeated this exact message. Out of over 600 recordings, for that specific message from Ceri saying God will not give me too much that I can’t stand, I literally sat on the side of the road crying!!! I just felt overwhelmingly loved by God.

Fast forward to today, Saturday, I go to record Ceri’s message for today, and can you believe as I sat on the side of the road crying over Ceri confirming that verse from 1 Corinthians 10:13, within that very hour, Ceri was recording a new message quoting precisely this verse:

“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.” – 1 Corinthians 10:13

Forget about it guys, I’m God’s favorite! The extent He goes to make me aware of His intimate presence with me and everything that concerns me. Now I say that the pressures are not on me, they’re on God! Like I tell my team, we’re not going by the ordinary rules; we’re rolling with God who is at work in the spiritual realm on my behalf. We can just keep showing up, giving our best, and trusting God to do the rest! NEVER FORGET THE GOD FACTOR!!!! Wink! Wink!

NIKKI NEEDS MORE OF GOD’S PRESENCE!!!

That was from my new guy, David, today when someone told him that I was fasting and, therefore, didn’t want any coffee. He hit the nail on the head, guys-GOD, I NEED TO FEEL YOUR PRESENCE WITH ME IN EVERY MOMENT!!! No shame; I will be running to God, and He doesn’t disappoint me in the many ways He finds to reveal His Presence with me.

Like this morning on the way to the God tree, I felt Him firmly nudging me to listen to an old Ceri message where he spoke about PRAYING TO GOD FOR STRENGTH. Fast forward to me sitting down by my God tree and debating what page of our family’s website to read, and I felt God saying go to page 17, and this incredibly showed up:

“On the radio station is a pastor saying specifically this, “I WANT YOU TO LEARN TO PRAY TO GOD FOR STRENGTH (Wink! Wink!). For the endurance and patience to handle the difficulties of your life.”

God is pretty talkative guys! Like today I’ve been seeing my 117 and 711 combinations all around me. That’s God’s loving and sweet way of letting me know that His invisible Presence is always with me. Like I accidentally purchased a vehicle today that I will have to return with the run number 1/17 and like a minute later, God took me to the time at the bottom of my computer screen and it was 1:17 (Wink! Wink!). His way of letting me know that He is even a part of my mistakes and failings – Hey, nobody’s perfect!

I love this message from Kevin that also showed up on page 17:

“Every day. Every day. Every day, my sister. Every day. Accumulate a little more strength, and you will see the most powerful woman you’ve ever seen in your life. Don’t mind all the noise around you. Work on that which you just sent me. You have to work on being a stronger person. And I don’t mean because you feel good today. The more strength you build up, the more muscle mass you build up, the stronger you are when you need that strength. I told you before you don’t pray for things not to happen; you pray for strength to deal with things when they happen. And things are happening. Every day. Every day. Every day. Every day. Take care of yourself.”

And as we pray for strength, let’s also work on being softer – more loving, loyal, supportive, gentler, patient, forgiving, merciful, and kinder. Amen!

“MS. NIKKI, I WOULD LIKE YOU TO MEET MY HUSBAND”

That was from my new baby sister last night! Honestly, God showed up along with her husband!!! He first freaked me out when he repeated verbatim what I had just said to my new manager a few minutes prior: “WE DO THE UTMOST BEST OF OUR ABILITIES.” Then he asked me, “Ms. Nikki, do you and your husband go through ups and downs?” Wow, I showed him the last text message I sent to my husband:

“Sticking with u, my boo, no matter THE UPS AND DOWNS (Wink! Wink!).”

Then, they started talking about how he tries to control her and wanted to know her whereabouts at every moment. I screamed because that was precisely the appointment with God I was having a few minutes before they came when I shared how I would want to do the same with my husband:

“… but more in the sense of what we mean by “trust.” This goes beyond simply presuming that the other is not lying or cheating. Such basic trust recognizes GOD’S LIGHT SHINING BEYOND THE DARKNESS… This trust enables a relationship to be free. It means we do not have to control the other person, to follow their every step lest they escape our grip. Love trusts, it sets free, IT DOES NOT TRY TO CONTROL (Wink! Wink!) …

…This means that love bears every trial with a positive attitude. It stands firm in hostile surroundings. This “endurance” involves not only the ability to tolerate certain aggravations (or like I put it, putting up with some things we may not like), but something greater: A CONSTANT READINESS TO CONFRONT ANY CHALLENGE. IT’S A LOVE THAT NEVER GIVES UP, EVEN IN THE DARKEST HOUR. It shows a certain dogged heroism, a power to resist every negative current, AN IRREPRESSIBLE COMMITMENT TO GOODNESS.” – The Joy of Love by Pope Francis

God revealed His Presence with them and their marriage and confirmed that He was with me and my hubby wubba, too. It’s been tough with my hubby in Nigeria and with me in the US, but I meant that text to my hubby that I’m sticking with him no matter what we go through.

Especially after your girl was in a tough situation one night, and I had turned off my phone for only nine minutes so someone would stop calling me. Can you guys believe within those nine minutes, my husband woke up in the middle of the night in Nigeria to call me? When I had turned the phone back on, my daughter Julie called me from New York, “Mommy, what’s going on? Daddy is trying to reach you.” Hubs insisted that I give him the person’s phone number and immediately called and texted him to stay away from me. When I told my husband about it a few days later, he said, “When I married you, it was my job to protect you.” I said, “Boo, even in your sleep, you’re protecting me.” (HUGE SMILE)

As I always write, our families (significant relationships) are essential to God! Let’s keep going the extra mile in love, patience, faithfulness, forgiveness, and gentleness, all for his glory! When it gets hard, God will strengthen us to continue loving others like He loves us. Amen!

“YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO NO WRONG IN MY BOOKS”

That’s me to my brother, Kevin, a few minutes ago! He said he was coming to see me yesterday, but he didn’t make it! I told him about the person I met with the words “Live Wise” tattooed on them and how I’m so grateful to him for teaching me to be a wise and strong woman. I was literally on the side of the road balling crying the other morning thinking about this brother and how he has helped me make the WISEST decisions for every aspect f my life. I was replaying all my TikTok videos where I kept talking about all the advice he gives me. Honestly, I felt so deeply loved by God to have this brother show up to genuinely love and support me as take on some difficult stuff on behalf of God and my family. CAN WE ALL BE MORE LIKE KEVIN? God’s angels in the world?

And let me tell ya how God loves me so much that after Kevin gave me that advice about being a wise woman, God then sends Ceri to teach me all these Godly values and principles for living the wisest life. I don’t play with these messages from Ceri and every day I have church with Ceri listening to his words of wisdom as soon as I wake up every morning. Honestly, I was so happy when a new brother, TJ, told me that he is learning from Ceri to forgive, and forgiving is one of the wisest decisions we can make. I love this old post:

That’s why I can’t get over my brother, Kevin. In one of my painful moments, I called him one day, and he incredibly said, “Neeks, you’re like a boxer right now. You will take 10,000 punches, but eventually, you will become numb. Keep fighting!” God Himself spoke to me through my brother to keep going and not give up! Who tells someone to stay in the ring and take 10,000 punches? This was not only what was good for me, it was indeed best for me! God was teaching me these crucial values in the process:

To love others the way He loves us: unconditionally! To keep forgiving and keep forgiving and keep forgiving until we increase our capacity to forgive. And this forgiveness thing is for us! It brings us peace and joy! I try to wipe the slate clean for everyone every day, the way God does for us. Thanks, Ceri, my God influencer!

To think less of self and more of others: “Don’t forget to do good and to help one another, because these are the sacrifices that please God.”

My family is a team, and I must make decisions that are best for the team! My personal happiness goes to the back seat!

To wisely, calmly, kindly, skillfully, and lovingly handle problems!

Don’t repay evil with evil; LOVE EVEN HARDER!

When others go low, you go high because, at the end of the day, everything is between us and God. God more than makes up for any disappointments! (Wink! Wink!)

To obey and trust God! No matter how difficult what He is asking – He will be our strength to do difficult things!

Stay committed! Don’t give up when things get hard. Sometimes we must go through difficult paths to get to the best ones. Loyalty all the way, baby! All for the glory of God!
▪ Do not judge! Loving others for both their strengths and weaknesses! NO ONE GETS IT RIGHT ALL THE TIME!
A special thanks to Kevin and Ceri! Thanks for putting up with me!

“SIM-SIMMA, WHO GOT THE KEYS TO MY BIMMER? WHO AM I…”

God’s favorite girl, baby! That’s how He makes me feel! Like last night, I was in my car listening to my Ceri messages (I feel God has him to record them for me!!!), and honestly, I was crying the happiest tears, feeling like God was speaking directly to me through the first one that randomly played. Ceri had this to say:

“Habakkuk 3:17-19 says:

“Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation! The Sovereign LORD is my strength! He makes me as surefooted as a deer, able to tread upon the heights.”

Today, I am just grateful for the opportunity that God gives us every morning to be here and live as righteous kingdom citizens. This particular verse stood out to me, and I bookmarked it in my Bible app and wanted to say it to you guys because the end part of it where it says, “The Sovereign Lord is my strength! He makes me as surefooted as a deer, able to tread upon the heights.”

So, growing up in Cat Island, one of the things that if you know about like goats and those kind of animals is that like you’ll be coming on the boat along like a tough cliff or edge right. When you look up, you will see hundreds of goats standing like on these tiny rocks. I mean, their forefoot would look like you have clasped your hand and just stood on the rock. It always fascinated me because I wondered what these goats were doing out there. It’s almost as though they were so confident that they wouldn’t fall and would climb these rocks. That’s what it means to be surefooted, to be confident in knowing that God will provide. God is going to fulfill his promises.

In this particular verse it reminds us that even when nothing seems to be going right, like you may wake up this morning and you may have no money today, you may not even have food today, but your faith can provide and let you know that before the end of the day, you will eat; before the end of the day, you can have money; before the end of the day, whatever it is that is promised to you, will come to pass. You can’t miss it even if you wanted to because it was written in the bells and courses of history before you came around. It was a part of a big, huge plan you just happened to be a part of. From the time you were put on this planet, you were a part of God’s plan. You can’t change that, and whether or not there’s something bad, or if you may think that it’s bad, but whether or not something good, it’s still a part of a greater plan.

Sometimes, the slight misery that you may be going through might be a lesson that could save somebody’s life. Sometimes, the fact that you may have to swallow your pride and ask somebody for something may uplift somebody to know that they could help you. Sometimes, the littlest things that God puts us through give us just gives a little more strength to know that we could make it to see another day because we often look at life and say to ourselves, I don’t know how I can make it. But you know who knows how? God knows how.

But the righteous shall live by their faith. Once we know that God will be faithful to his promises, he will do what he said He’s going to do. And through any adversity. Through any famine. Through any crop fails. If the fields lie empty and barren, you will continue to rejoice in the Lord. And you heard what he said in this particular verse? He said, “I will be joyful in the God of my salvation.” That means that no matter what you go through, be happy because at least you are here on this planet to go through it. Dead people don’t go through anything. I thank you again for the opportunity to speak. God is good y’all, and I’m just so happy to be here. Let the righteous continue to live by their faith.”

GOD MAKES ME FEEL SO LOVED!!!!

The way He shows up for me! Like yesterday, I was out again running in the dark to my God tree. Getting there, this verse was on the caption of two old photos on our family’s website:

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9

I sent a message to our family Whatsapp group with the pics saying, “Never concede defeat is what God told me yesterday.” So, fast forward to last night, I’m chatting with someone about helping me with our business, and he astonishingly sends me this text:

“Galatians 6:9
So let us not become tired of doing good; for if we do not give up, the time will come when we will reap the harvest.
My new motto.”

Can you believe God Himself is so incredibly and intimately involved in our lives? Yup, He sure is! NO ONE CAN TELL ME THAT WAS SOME ORDINARY COINCIDENCE THAT OF THE ENTIRE BIBLE, HE WOULD SEND ME THIS VERY VERSE THAT I HAD SENT TO MY FAMILY TWICE THAT VERY MORNING!!! That’s the love I feel from God, that He figures out all these ways to let me know that His invisible Presence is with me.

Are you having encounters with Him? Don’t miss out on this life where you feel His Presence is constantly with you. Like yesterday, I got an email from my daughter’s university that their President will be coming to Miami. I debated whether or not I should attend, then said, ‘Nik, enjoy your life! Go and tell them how much you love the person your daughter is becoming attending this university that you have no doubt that God Himself picked for her!’ Minutes later, can you believe my phone tells me they have a new video and included is a pic of me and this very university President the last time she came to Miami? It was God confirming, ‘Yes, My Nik, I want you to go to this event and brag all about Me!’ (HUGE SMILE)

DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS LIFE WITH GOD! My daily trips to that God tree give me the courage, confidence and wisdom to take on my life! Not one moment seeking God is wasted. As you take one step closer to Him, I promise you, He takes 1,000 closer to you by figuring out all these ways where you know He is with you.

The wisdom He gave me today was to leave certain aggravating and frustrating matters with Him! Not every battle is for us to fight! Wink! Wink!

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9

“WHAT WAS THE GOD WINK OF THE DAY?”

That was the question from my nephew, Duro, when I asked him to have an appointment with God with me this morning. So, my God winks are when everything lines up enormously too perfectly to be considered an ordinary coincidence. They are God’s sweet way of revealing His invisible Presence that is always with us. Here’s how God orchestrated one recently in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep, and He showed up to comfort me:

“Our job is to reach people before they get to prison. We must teach them everything you taught me, like being wise and getting closer to God.” That was me chatting with my brother, Kevin, about how my daughter, Julie, is about her mission from God, sitting with lawyers and developing strategies to get people out of prison. “Our mission from God, K, is to see that they never have to meet with Julie or those lawyers and never go to prison in the first place, starting in our homes.”

Fast forward to me having that sleepless night; I’m going through the Dr. Wayne Dyer podcasts just searching for some message from God through him, and of all the messages there, I listened to him talking to a correctional officer with this advice:

“Why not make the shift, Milo, to get yourself to a place working with people to avoid them ever having to get in that place in the first place? In other words, working with disenchanted youth. Working with disadvantaged youth. Working with drug places. Get yourself a degree in something or the training you need so that every time you reach one of those teenagers…you say that this is one less person who is going to be in that position.”

And there you have it, another one of my God winks where everything lines up a little bit too perfectly to say it was just a coincidence. For my conversation with Kevin to show up OUT OF THE HUNDREDS OF PODCASTS was not only God confirming what I discussed with Kevin, but it was also all planted by God to comfort your girl here as she continues her superhero role on behalf of her family (I WILL SWALLOW A BOMB FOR THEM!) with God letting her know that she is not fighting alone and that He is with her ALWAYS – in every conversation and even when she has her difficult nights and cannot sleep. See the love of God, guys? This message from Mufti Menk made me cry yesterday:

“So, Allah (God) says when I love you, I will let some things go wrong so you can come to me (me that night running to God!!!). When things go wrong in your life, brothers and sisters, it’s because Allah wants to bring you closer to Him. Not because He wants to chase you away. So bear patience. Patience is part of the remembrance of Allah…When Allah loves a slave, a worshipper, He sends tests in that direction so that this worshipper can become softened and closer to Allah. When your problem, difficulty, and hardship bring you closer to Allah, it is a gift of Allah. But when your ease sends you further from Allah, it was the punishment.”

Don’t run from your problems, difficulties, and hardships, my peeps; let’s use all these tests as gifts to get closer to God! Honestly, I felt so defeated that night that I didn’t even eat dinner. Still, after this God wink, your girl rose up like a soldier the next day, ready to continue fighting – IF MY GOD IS WITH ME, WHOM THEN SHALL I FEAR?
