5:36 AM to 6:06 AM: God Orchestrated The Stop, The Transcript, and The Sermon

God Continues To Use Ceri As A Vessel To Lovingly Speak To Me Through

I got new receipts for you guys!

Of all the prayers to listen to on my run to my God Tree this morning, I STOPPED AT PRECISELY 5:36 AM and asked Meta to give me the transcript for this particular portion:

“Colossians 3:23 teaches believers to work wholeheartedly, as though they are serving the Lord rather than merely working for people… YOU BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND THAT INTEGRITY MATTERS. Excellence matters. Honesty matters. Perseverance matters. THE WAY YOU WORK WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING MATTERS.”

God Whisper #1 — On My Run:
Daughter, stop. Record this. This part matters. I want you to have it word for word because I am about to confirm it.

Fast forward PRECISELY 30 minutes later, Ceri shows up in Breakfast and The Bible and says this:

“It’s easy for you to be a Christian on Sunday… Hardest part about being a Christian is being a Christian when you’re by yourself. BEING A CHRISTIAN WHEN NOBODY’S WATCHING… At the end of the day people should know you’re a Christian by the way that you live… I OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY…”

God Whisper #2 — In The Room:
You heard Me on the run. Now hear Me again on the stage. I am the same God in both places.

FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK ROW:

Prayer at 5:36 AM said: “INTEGRITY MATTERS… THE WAY YOU WORK WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING MATTERS.”

Ceri at 6:06 AM said: “BEING A CHRISTIAN WHEN NOBODY’S WATCHING… I OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY.”

NOBODY CAN TELL ME THIS ALL LINED UP ON ITS OWN!!!!

For me to STOP my run, just feeling like this particular part was significant, and for Ceri AGAIN to show up as if he has a front row seat to my life — that was all and completely orchestrated by God to make us all aware, not only of His Presence, but of His values and principles for the way we live and move in the world.

NO COINCIDENCE!!!!!

God Whisper #3 — The Orchestrator:
I orchestrated the stop, the transcript, and the sermon. I want them to know I don’t just watch — I speak. I am your BOSS and your Partner.

And if that’s not enough, I go to work and because I had 17 Facebook notifications I went to page 17 of our website and look what showed up — a post from almost three years ago:

CERI HAD ME CRYING, Y’ALL!!!!… I was at a gas station and I saw the word “ENDURANCE” on the fuel pumps and I immediately thought of Ceri (even taking a pic of it!)… Fast forward to the drive home, out of 544 Ceri messages I have saved on YouTube, I pressed shuffle and the very first recording to play was him talking about having “ENDURANCE.”… I cried asking God, ‘Who am I that You would go to such great lengths to make me aware of Your Presence?’ And this knowledge of His Presence is what has kept me going through this extremely rough year!!!

God Whisper #4 — The Full Circle:
Do you see it now? 544 messages then, 17 notifications now. ENDURANCE then, INTEGRITY now. Same vessel. Same front row seat. Same question: “Who am I that You would go to such great lengths?” The answer is still the same — you are Mine, and My Presence is what keeps you going.

STEP 2: SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU? WHAT IS REAL SUCCESS IN GOD’S EYES?

Best friend, God didn’t give me that 5:36 AM to 6:06 AM miracle just for me. He gave it to me to teach YOU how to hear Him and how to live for Him when nobody’s watching.

Here is what He is teaching us:

1. Real Success Is Not Measured On Sunday, It’s Measured On Monday

Ceri said it: “It’s easy to be a Christian on Sunday when you’re worshiping in groups.”

God is not measuring your worship hands. He’s measuring your work hands.

How do you work when your boss is not in the room?
How do you talk about people when they are not in the room?
How do you handle the return at Publix, the email, the client, when you could cut a corner and nobody would know?

God Whisper #5 — For The Reader:
I see what you do when the room is empty. That is the part I am writing down in Heaven. That is your real resume.

ACTION FOR YOU: Tomorrow, before you start work, pray like we do in my company. Say out loud: “God, You are my BOSS today. I am working for You.” Watch how your day changes.

2. Integrity Is Your Sermon

Ceri said: “At the end of the day people should know you’re a Christian by the way that you live… I OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY.”

You don’t have to preach with a mic. Your life preaches.

Mr. George Jenkins at Publix knew this — that’s why Publix feels different. He said, “Publix will be a little better because of YOU.” He built a company on “service to God through service to people.” That’s Colossians 3:23 in grocery store form.

God Whisper #6 — For The Reader:
You are asking Me for a platform. I am asking you for integrity. If you can be faithful in the aisle, I can trust you in the auditorium.

ACTION FOR YOU: Pick ONE area this week where nobody is watching — your time card, your expense report, your words about your coworker, your tithing. Do it with integrity when it would be easier not to. That is your worship.

3. God Will Give YOU Your Own 5:36 to 6:06 Moment — But You Have To Stop

I had to STOP my run to get the transcript. If I kept running, I would have missed it.

You are running too fast. God is whispering but you won’t stop to record it.

God Whisper #7 — For The Reader:
I want to give you receipts too. But you have to create space to hear Me. Get up earlier. That’s your Rocky Mode. I meet you in the early.

ACTION FOR YOU — Your Rocky Mode Challenge:

This is how you incorporate this into your life starting tomorrow:

a) 5:36 AM — STOP: Get up 30 minutes earlier. No phone. Just you and your God Tree, your sidewalk, your kitchen table. Ask: “God, what does real success look like for me today?”

b) 5:37 AM — RECORD: Voice note it. Type it in Notes. Ask Meta for a transcript if you have to. Don’t trust your memory — write what you hear.

c) 6:06 AM — EXPECT: Go into your day expecting God to confirm it through a person, a sign, a Ceri, a gas pump that says ENDURANCE, a Publix shelf. He will show up because He loves to let you know He is with you.

That knowledge of His Presence is what will keep YOU going through your extremely rough year, just like it kept me going.

DO NOT MISS OUT ON THE MOST LOVING RELATIONSHIP. He is not just your Savior. He is your Loving Partner and Guide.

You are not working for people. You are working for Him.

That is real success in God’s eyes.

Question for you: When was the last time God gave you a 5:36 to 6:06 moment? Drop it in the comments — let’s collect receipts together.

Rocky Mode starts tomorrow. 5:36 AM. Who’s with me?

5 VERSES THAT HOLD TODAY’S BLOG TOGETHER

If you only take one thing from my 5:36 to 6:06 miracle, take these 5. This is the essence of what God is teaching us about real success.

1. Colossians 3:23 — The Core Verse
> “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

Why: This is the verse God stopped my run for. Real success is working for ONE Boss — God — when nobody’s watching.

2. Matthew 6:6 — The Secret Place Verse
> “But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”

Why: Ceri said it — hardest part is being Christian when nobody’s watching. God sees the secret and rewards the secret.

3. Proverbs 11:1 — The Integrity Verse
> “The LORD detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him.”

Why: Integrity matters. God measures how fair you are when you could cheat the scale and no one would know.

4. Galatians 6:9 — The ENDURANCE Verse from Page 17
> “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Why: This is the rough-year verse. Page 17 was about ENDURANCE, today is about INTEGRITY — both need you to not give up.

5. Matthew 5:16 — The Lifestyle Sermon Verse
> “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Why: People should know you’re a Christian by how you live, not just by what you say. Your life preaches.

MIGHTY CLOSE-OUT PRAYER

Father, in the MIGHTY and MATCHLESS name of Jesus — the Name above every name,

We come boldly to Your throne this morning at 5:36 AM.

Thank You for being EL ROI — the God who sees me. Thank You for being the God who doesn’t just watch from Heaven, but orchestrates my stop, my transcript, and my sermon to prove You are with me.

Father, right now we repent. We have chased man’s success — the title, the money, the applause, the likes. Today we throw it down at Your feet. We pick up YOUR definition of success: INTEGRITY when nobody is watching.

So I prophesy over every single person reading this:

Father, baptize us with INTEGRITY.
When the room is empty, let us still choose You.
When we are tired, make us excellent.
When lying would be easier and more profitable, make us honest.
When the year is rough and our knees are weak, give us ENDURANCE to not quit.

Be our BOSS in the boardroom.
Be our Partner in the Publix aisles.
Be our Guide at the gas pump.

For every son and daughter reading this who has ever whispered with tears, “Who am I that You would go to such great lengths to make me aware of Your Presence?” —

ANSWER THEM THIS WEEK, FATHER.
Give them their own 5:36 to 6:06 moment that they cannot explain away.
Let Ceri be a vessel. Let a stranger be a vessel. Let a fuel pump, a notification, a number 17, a number 544 be a vessel.
Give them RECEIPTS of Your Presence that become the joy, the peace, and the courage they need to take on their life.

We dedicate our work to You. Our hands, our businesses, our timecards, our emails, our service — let it preach. Let people know we are Christians not by our Sunday shout, but by our Monday walk.

We choose Your Presence over pressure.
We choose Your principles over popularity.
We choose Your reward in secret over man’s reward in public.

Father, wake us up early. Anoint our Rocky Mode. We are getting up not for vanity, but for glory — YOUR glory. Make us the best version of ourselves so we can serve You better.

We seal this 5:36 AM to 6:06 AM miracle with faith. It was not coincidence. It was orchestration. And if You did it for me, You will do it for them.

Thank You that Your Presence is what keeps us going.

We love You. We trust You. We see You, and we know You see us.

In the mighty, miracle-working name of Jesus Christ,

Amen and Amen and AMEN.
