GOD IS THE BEST THERAPIST EVER! PAPA G ON CHILL!
Mom, do you think you need to see a therapist? That was a question last night from my daughter Ember coming home from our little date night! And I LOVE that question! Because she loves her mama! That’s Infinity% love checking on me!
I told her — I have the BEST therapist in the whole universe! GOD!
Let me tell you what happened this morning! Your girl woke up TIRED! Tired in body, tired in spirit, tired from carrying burdens that didn’t leave when the sun went down! I didn’t even wake up early to do my running today. I said, “Nik, listen to your body. You’re tired!”
GOD WHISPER #1 — THE PRAYER THAT FOUND ME:
Can you believe I go to YouTube to listen to my prayer, and another one popped up at the top? The Spirit said, “No, no, no, this not the prayer. Go back to your usual.”
Can you believe the specific prayer I was looking for was RIGHT UNDERNEATH? And it was for SEPTEMBER 26! Exactly how I was feeling!
The prayer said: “Good morning and welcome to this new day the Lord has made. There are mornings when we wake up already tired… and if that’s where you find yourself this Saturday, the 26th of September, you are not alone and you are not forgotten.”
Guys, the WHOLE 1 hour 7 minutes 25 seconds prayer was God telling me — NIK, MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU!
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. – 2 Corinthians 12:9
GOD WHISPER #2 — ON CHILL BEFORE I SHOT THE VIDEO!
Right before shooting my video today I was listening to “On Chill” feat. Wale — and God clocked me! Lyrics on my screen: “It’s no pressure for us to say that I love you for now”
Then I go to the office, it’s AFTER 11, I go to Page 11 in our book and this shows up! Page 11 says:
“MAYBE WE CAN BE ON CHILL TONIGHT — That’s God singing to me through Wale when I connected my AirPods to listen to my prayer and this song started playing from another phone: ‘I’m trying to hear all your problems so I can lighten your load. No, you not fighting alone ’cause I’m protecting you from them (So chill)'”
Guys! God has been singing this to me for YEARS! His reminder that He is helping us carry our burdens so we can chill, relax, and be confident that God is working on our behalf!
GOD WHISPER #3 — PAGE 8 AT the God tree today was PERFECT! We’re going through life with God’s grace – His help, His love, His support, His favor!
THE YOKE REVELATION — HOW GOD IS MY THERAPIST!
Imagine we’re going through life with this YOKE tied around our necks WITH GOD! When life gets heavy we can say, “Here God, You take this heavy part, I’ll take the light part! I’ll show up as Nikki light and happy!”
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you… and you will find rest for your souls. – Matthew 11:28-30
We can be ON CHILL! Full of joy, full of peace, knowing Papa God never leaves us! He’s behind us! He’s ahead of us! He goes before us!
I’m doing this Umrah as my way to get closer to God, guys! Getting up early, going to meet God at the God tree and God say, “Nik, I see you. I see you’re tired today. But just know that when you are weak, then you are strong because I’m the One holding you up!”
MY COMMUNITY IS MY THERAPY!
God is the best therapist, then He surrounded me with a whole community! The Bros K and J, the Rotation, Ember, Julie, Emmy, Joshie at the office — said, “Mom, I’m not your therapist, okay?” LOL! The sister Kelly always there giving great advice! The Hubba Wuba, that’s my boo for life! Ride or die! I said, “Honey, you going nowhere? You’re stuck with me!”
And my daughter Ember — guys, goosebumps! She says, “Mama, I know that God has my back!”
So guys, nothing better than a relationship with God! The Almighty God who created the stars, the universe, the skies — with YOU! And He loves you!
I can tell the world I’m tired today! But guess what? I’m depending more, leaning more, trusting more on a Papa God! Don’t miss out, guys! The best therapist ever, Papa G! Be on chill tonight!

ONE SENTENCE: When you are tired, you don’t need to carry it alone — God is your best therapist, He takes the heavy part of the yoke so you can be ON CHILL, and He proves it through your community!

HOW WE INCORPORATE IT INTO OUR LIVES — YOUR 4-STEP DAILY ROLL!
This is your MIA-0034 answer! Teach them to DO this:
STEP 1: THE MORNING CHECK-IN (Like you did today!)
Instead of pretending — say out loud: “How do I feel today? Tired? Okay, I listen to my body.” Then open YouTube / prayer / God Tree and say “Papa G, I’m tired today, I give You the heavy part!”
STEP 2: THE YOKE EXCHANGE!
Every time life gets heavy — visualize the yoke! Say: “Here God, You take heavy part, I’ll take light part! I’ll show up as Nikki — light, happy, doing my best!” That’s how you stay ON CHILL!
STEP 3: CLOCK YOUR GOD WHISPERS!
Look for Page 11 AFTER 11 moments! What song played? What page fell open? What prayer popped up UNDERNEATH? Write it in your bloggy! That’s God saying “I’m trying to hear all your problems so I can lighten your load!”
STEP 4: CALL YOUR COMMUNITY — 100 TIMES A DAY!
Don’t heal alone! Text K! Call Sister Kelly! Watch Julie video! Do date night with Ember! Tell Hubba Wuba “You stuck with me!” Alchemize everything as FUEL to be better, wiser, stronger! Psalm 128 — children like olive shoots around your table!

“Today I choose JOY like I choose my purse! I am tired but God’s grace is sufficient! I give God the heavy part! I will be ON CHILL tonight knowing He is working on my behalf! And I will let my community hold me up! HUGE SMILE: CHECK!”

We come to You this morning just as we are — TIRED! Tired in body, tired in spirit, tired from carrying burdens that didn’t leave when the sun went down!
But we thank You that You are the BEST THERAPIST in the whole universe! No better therapist than You!
Papa, we heard You today! On September 26 You sent us a prayer that said we are not alone and not forgotten! You said Your grace is sufficient for us! When we are weak, then we are strong because YOU are holding us up!
Today we do the YOKE EXCHANGE! We give You the heavy part! We take the light part! We will show up as Nikki — light, happy, doing our best — knowing You are working in the spiritual realm on our behalf! Tweaking situations for us!
Papa, we cast ALL our cares on You today! Every problem! Every burden! Every tired! Because You said You will sustain us! You said we are not fighting alone cause You are protecting us from them! So we will be ON CHILL tonight! We will be full of joy, full of peace, courage to do what You would have us do!
Thank You for going before us! Behind us! Around us! You never leave us nor forsake us! You saw us at the God Tree this morning! You saw us when we were tired!
And thank You for our COMMUNITY THERAPY! Thank You for everyone who supports us and remind us like Ember “Mama I know God has my back!” Thank You for a village that holds us up when we fall! Two are better than one!
Today we declare over ourselves, our children, our homes, our family — we are ON CHILL! We choose JOY like we choose our purse! We alchemize everything as FUEL to be better, wiser, stronger!
Papa, let goodness and mercy FOLLOW our kids all the days of their lives! Let them know You have their back!
