I had such a beautiful day yesterday with my daughter Ember driving to Naples to see Bro Kevin and his wife Verona! And God showed up to let us know His presence is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS with us!
That’s the message for today: GOD IS WITH US! BE STILL! And He gave me FOUR God winks to prove it!
GOD WHISPER #1 — 311 IS OUR NUMBER!
Before we left I told Ember, “Look, 311 is our number! That means be on the highest road! Be still and know God is in control of everything and everyone! We can trust Him!”
We were debating what car to drive — can you believe the car we picked the odometer came to 311 at the end as soon as we entered the car? Nobody can tell me that was not God speaking!
GOD WHISPER #2 — THE WATER WAS 311!
We made a stop at Target, Joshie was asking for water, so I said let me get water for Joshie. Right where I was, they had water. Guys, what was the price of a case of water? $3.11!
All of it just to let us know God is with us! This 311 has been directing me to be on the highest, highest road of God! No matter what anybody is doing, we gonna do it all for God!
GOD WHISPER #3 — SERENITY NOW!
So on the way there, Ember and I were fighting, as usual. Just like with me and hubby, fighting is our love language, right? She starts fuzzing me out about something again.
And in my mind I’m just saying: Serenity now. Serenity now. Serenity now. Just in my head! I didn’t say it out loud!
As soon as we got to Bro Kevin’s house, Verona is standing in her kitchen by her kitchen counter, and what of all things does she have there, guys? A bottle with SERENITY printed on the label.
Nobody, nobody, nobody could have written these stories other than God! I’m in a car saying God, serenity now in my MIND — and God already placed a serenity bottle in Verona’s kitchen WAITING for me before I got there! That’s special love! God knew my very thoughts before I spoke them!
GOD WHISPER #4 — 25 YEARS OF LOVE!
Even the fact that God arranged for Verona and Kevin to be in our lives from the first day hubby and I met — they were involved! And 25 years later they still hold such an important place in our lives!
We just follow their path — keep sticking together, keep fighting for one another, love our families! If that means we gotta fight every day, no problem! We’re gonna keep doing it! Doing it all for God!
WHAT GOD IS TEACHING US TODAY:
We all bozos on the bus! I cut off my hair, guys! I said I did it because I’m trying to be a better person for God. Ember said “No, do it for you.” I said “No, Em, this is bigger than me. This is for God. I want to sacrifice my life for God.”
And that’s the best way to live! Wake up every day and say:
“God, I’m at Your service. What would You have me to do or not do? What would You have me to say or not say? God, where would You have me to go or not go?”
Live your life intertwined with God! I promise you with all my heart, that’s the best way to live!

– FIND YOUR 311 TODAY! Ask God this morning at your God Tree: “God, show me You’re with me today! Give me a wink!” Then PAY ATTENTION! That repeated number, that song on radio, that Bible verse that pops up 3 times — that’s not coincidence, that’s GOD!
– DECLARE YOUR 311 MEANING! For me, 311 = Psalm 46:10 Be still + Be on the highest road! What is YOUR 311? Maybe 333 = Trinity with you! 444 = God is my refuge! Give your number a God meaning!
– SAY IT OUT LOUD: Every time you see your number, stop and say “God, thank You that You’re always with me! I’m doing this for You!”
TEACHING #2: GOD HEARS YOUR THOUGHTS BEFORE YOU SPEAK — SERENITY NOW!
What I’m Teaching: You don’t even have to say it out loud! I never SAID serenity now out loud — I only thought it in my head in the car! And God already placed a bottle labeled SERENITY in Verona’s kitchen waiting for me before I arrived! Psalm 139 says He knows your thoughts from afar!
How to Incorporate TODAY:
– PRACTICE THOUGHT PRAYERS! Today, instead of always praying out loud, pray in your MIND! While Ember is fuzzing you out, while hubby is getting on your nerves, just think: “God, serenity now. God, help me love well.” Watch how He answers before you arrive somewhere!
– BE STILL TO HEAR HIM! Psalm 46:10 — Be still! That means stop talking, stop scrolling, stop fighting for 3 minutes! At your God Tree, just sit still! God can’t show you the serenity bottle if you’re too noisy!
– JOURNAL YOUR SERENITY MOMENTS! Keep a little note in your phone: “Today I thought __ and God answered with __.” You will start seeing God knew your thoughts every single day! That’s that special special love!
TEACHING #3: DO EVERYTHING FOR GOD — NOT FOR YOU, NOT FOR PEOPLE!
What I’m Teaching: Amber said “Do it for you” when I cut my hair. I said “No! This is bigger than me! This is for God! I want to sacrifice my life for God!” When you do it for YOU, you quit! When you do it for PEOPLE, you get tired! When you do it for GOD, you keep going 25 years like Kevin and Verona!

– ASK THE 4 QUESTIONS EVERY MORNING: This is your new daily prayer from today! “God, I’m at Your service! What would You have me to DO or not do? What would You have me to SAY or not say? Where would You have me to GO or not go?”
– FIGHT FOR YOUR PEOPLE! Love is not always lovey-dovey! Sometimes fighting IS love language! Keep fighting FOR one another, not WITH one another! Forgive like Verona and Kevin! Keep sticking together! That’s doing it for God!
– GIVE GOD YOUR ANXIETY, KEEP THE PEACE! 1 Peter 5:7 — Cast all your anxiety on Him! I casted my “serenity now” anxiety in the car, and He gave me a bottle! Today, whatever is making you fuzzed out — cast it! Say “God, I give You this heavy part, You give me serenity now!”

Good morning, Father! Thank You for showing up yesterday! Thank You for proving You are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS with us! Thank You for 311! Thank You for serenity now!
Today, Father, we come before You and we declare Psalm 46:10 — We will BE STILL and know that You are God! You are in control of everything, everyone! We trust You! We let go! We drop our weapons! We stop striving!
Father, thank You that You are our refuge and strength, our EVER-PRESENT help! Not sometimes-present, EVER-present! In our car, in Target, in our kitchen, in Naples — You are with us! Open our eyes to see our 311 today! Give us Your God winks! Let us know without any doubt that You are with us!
Papa, thank You that You perceive our thoughts from afar! You knew we were saying serenity now in our head before we ever spoke it! And You already had an answer waiting for us! Today we cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us! Every fight, every fuzzed-out moment, every heavy thought — we cast it on You right now! And we receive Your serenity now!
Father, we say today — we will do it all for YOU! Not for us! Not for people! Not for likes! For YOU! Whatever we do, we will work at it with all our heart as working for You! What would You have us to do or not do? What would You have us to say or not say? Where would You have us to go or not go? We are at Your service!
Thank You for Kevin and Verona! Thank You for 25 years of faithful love that shows us how to keep sticking together, keep fighting for one another, keep forgiving! Help us love our families like that! Even if fighting is our love language, we will keep fighting FOR each other!
Today we declare: We are on the highest, highest, highest road! We roll with STRENGTH, COURAGE, SERENITY NOW, and 311! No matter what anybody is doing, we gonna do it all for God!
