I’ve always admired Dangote’s dedication to build Africa and leave a legacy.
But now? I see something deeper: His relationship with God.
And nothing is more important than that.

Legacy Starts at the Table
Every morning I look at a shirt from my daughter Julie.
It reminds me: I want to leave a legacy too.
Julie and I once sat at Tom’s Diner in New York and made a promise.
We both want to make great impact for God in the world.
Just like Dangote is demonstrating.
So help us God.
3 Verses That Changed My Morning
I loved my time with God this morning.
And 3 verses kept chasing me all day:
1. My Facebook feed
2. My YouTube prayer
3. My time at the prayer altar
Just 3 verses from the whole Bible. Game changers:

This is the heart of rolling with God.
1. Rejoice in the Lord Always
We don’t rejoice because life is perfect.
We rejoice because we’re not alone.
I believe a big part of Dangote’s success is this:
He trusted a mighty God was backing him up.
So he could take on huge projects.

2. Let Your Gentleness Be Evident to All
The interviewer was amazed.
Everyone calls Dangote humble despite his wealth.

Dangote saw what Africa was importing.
He prayed, listened, and built what we could produce at home.
That’s Godly wisdom for business. For family. For life.

Morning – 10 Seconds: REJOICE
Before you touch your phone, say: “God, I’m not alone today. HEEHAW!”
Teen version: Before school, play 1 worship song. Smile on purpose.
Adult version: Before work, thank God for 1 thing. Your mood changes before your day starts.
All Day – 1 Question: BE GENTLE
Ask this before you talk, text, or decide:
“God, how can I do this and still honor You?”
Teen version: Someone talks smack online? Don’t clap back. Be silent or be kind. That’s power.
Adult version: Traffic, boss, spouse, kids stressing you? Breathe. Choose gentle. The Lord is near means you don’t have to win every fight.
Anytime You’re Stressed – 3 Steps: PRAY, DON’T PANIC
1. Prayer: “God, help.”
2. Petition: “God, I need wisdom for this test/job/family thing.”
3. Thanksgiving: “God, thanks that You’re already working.”
Teen version: Anxious about exams, friends, future? Write it down, pray, then go to sleep.
Adult version: Worried about bills, health, legacy? Same 3 steps. Peace shows up when panic leaves.
