MAYBE WE CAN BE ON CHILL TONIGHT
That’s God singing to me through Wale when I connected my AirPods to listen to my prayer and this song started playing from another phone:
“I’m trying to hear all your problems so I can lighten your load
No, you not fighting alone ’cause I’m protecting you from them (So chill)”
Believe it or not, this is a song God has been singing to me for years. It’s His reminder to me, and hopefully to you too, that He is helping us carry our burdens so we can chill, relax, and be confident that God is working on our behalf in the spiritual realm.
I’M TRUSTING GOD THAT BY HIS STRENGTH DIFFICULTIES WILL BE HANDLED! That’s faith, baby!
Breakdown: Not By Might, But By His Spirit
“So he answered and said to me: ‘This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts.” – Zechariah 4:6
God isn’t asking you to white-knuckle through today. He’s not saying “try harder.” He’s saying “So chill.”
When the weight feels heavy, when problems pile up, when your heart is restless – that’s when He steps in. He hears every burden. He fights battles you can’t even see. The victory isn’t by your might or your power. It’s by His Spirit working while you rest in Him.
That’s the invitation today: Hand Him the load. Trust His strength. Chill, because He’s got you.
I’m so in love with the YouTube prayer I listen to every morning in my God morning routine. I don’t know where I’d be without it. I tell God that He loves me so much that He had them record it just to speak personally to me.

Today’s Prayer
Holy Spirit, teach me to pray without ceasing. Help me to maintain an unbroken connection with you throughout the day. Let prayer be my first response, my refuge and my strength. When I feel weary, renew my spirit. When I am distracted, refocus my heart. When I face decisions, give me clear direction. Let my prayers align with your will and release heaven’s power into every circumstance.
Lord, I pray for wisdom and discernment today in a world filled with confusion and deception. Help me to recognize your voice and follow your truth. Give me understanding to navigate complex situations and clarity to make godly decisions. Guard my heart against deception and help me to stand firm on the foundation of your word. Let integrity and righteousness be the hallmarks of my life.
Father, I thank you for your everlasting love. A love that never fails, never gives up, and never runs out. Your love surrounds me, covers me, and holds me close. Help me to live out that love, forgiving those who have hurt me, serving those in need, and loving even when it is hard. Let your love be the motivation behind every word and action today.
I commit to following you wholeheartedly, walking in your footsteps, and living according to your example. Help me to deny myself, take up my cross daily, and follow you faithfully. Let your grace empower me to live a holy and pleasing life, shining as a light in a dark world. Father, I ask for your anointing to break every yoke of oppression and bondage. Set me free from every spiritual chain that binds me, whether it be fear, addiction, unforgiveness, or doubt. Fill me with your freedom, peace, and joy.
Empower me to live victoriously and to walk boldly in the authority you have given me as your child. Holy Spirit, guide me into all truth. Reveal to me the mysteries of your kingdom and the depths of your love. Help me to grow in knowledge and understanding that I may be a mature disciple equipped to serve and to lead. Let your presence fill me with power, wisdom, and insight.
Lord, I pray for breakthrough in every area of my life. Health, finances, relationships, career, and spiritual growth. Nothing is impossible for you. And I declare that no obstacle is too great. Let your mighty hand move on my behalf, opening doors that no man can shut, and turning every setback into a setup for your glory. Father, I thank you for the gift of salvation and the hope of eternal life. Help me to live each day in the light of eternity, focused on the things that truly matter. Let your kingdom be my priority and your will my desire.
Lord Jesus, I praise you for your faithfulness, your mercy, and your grace. You have been my refuge in times of trouble and my strength when I am weak. I choose to praise you today and for all the days to come, declaring your goodness and lifting up your greatness with all my heart. Father, as I step into this day, I declare that I am prepared, strengthened, and anointed to carry out the purpose you have placed upon my life. Let your Holy Spirit direct my steps, cover me with protection, and lead me into victory. Amen.
