“I’M TRYING TO LOVE YOU LIKE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE LOVED”
That’s God singing to me through DJ Khaled, Future, and Lil Baby! Heehaw! That’s honestly how He makes me feel, like the most loved person in the universe with all the love and attention I receive from Him! Like my brother Kevin sent me a voice note, sounding upset that I didn’t come to him for help. I said, “It was all a test from God to let me know that I AM SECURE IN HIM.” Less than an hour later, I had an appointment with God, and this showed up:
“…Victoria continued: “I believe that God wants us to understand that WE ARE SECURE IN HIM (Wink! Wink!).”
Fast forward to me waking up in the middle of the night feeling extremely overwhelmed and anxious, I asked God to pick a TikTok video for me to watch. I closed my eyes and scrolled, letting my finger land on the video God wanted me to watch, and the very one I picked was captioned:
“GOD WANTS US TO KNOW THAT WE ARE SECURE IN HIM”
NO ONE CAN TELL ME THAT WAS A RANDOM COINCIDENCE!!! You guys see the love of God to first give me this gift of a brother who gets upset if I don’t call him to ask for help! He is like 10,000 brothers in one! I don’t know where I would be without him. Told him today that I would have probably been addicted to drugs or alcohol by now if I didn’t have him and God to run to for advice. Second, to have that message from Victoria line up less than an hour later, and of the hundreds of videos I have on TikTok, for me to close my eyes and pick that specific one was all God revealing His love and intimate presence with us.
I know I am like a broken record, but please prioritize God! I DON’T WANT TO FEEL THIS LOVED BY MYSELF! Every day, I run to my God tree, and I don’t leave until I have some glimmer of His Presence to start my day on a strong and courageous note, knowing God Himself is with me. TAKE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD SERIOUSLY!!! Wake up every day asking Him what He has to say to you so you learn His voice when you’re back in the world! TRUST ME, THIS LIFE IS TOO HARD TO DO ON OUR OWN!!!
