“Mommy, you look like you’re pregnant.”
Oh my gosh, guys. The words from my son, Joshy, that changed my life.
He said, “Mama, you need friends like me. Friends who are going to tell you the truth.”
And honestly, guys, I needed the truth. I needed to work on myself because I was in a terrible rut.
And I’m so happy that son told me the truth.
So guess what? I’m back. I’m now calling it MoJo Mode.
The Mo is from my daughter’s friend Mo that taught me about Umrah — developing a closer connection with God.
And the Jo is from Emy’s friend Jojo who inspired me to be joyful — to be a joyful ambassador for God.
So Mo + Jo = MoJo. Your girl is in MoJo Mode. I think this is Day 9 and all of this started because of my son Joshy. Thank you Joshy. Thank you!
And I want the whole entire world here with me. A closer connection with God and more joyful.
God Whisper: My daughter, thank Joshy. He was My messenger. I used truth in love to pull you out of that rut and into MoJo Mode — closer to Me, joyful for Me. That moment was Me calling you back.
So today I had the best time at the God Tree just reading one page. One page of our family’s website — http://werollwithgod.com. One page just made my day.
Like this quote from Mufti Menk: “Your five daily prayers; Work on them. Hold on to them. Become strong on them and see the miracles in your life.”
For me that five daily prayer — I go running to my God Tree every day. I have a whole God morning routine guys.
Nothing, nothing better than starting your day with God.
And the reason why I love this quote so much is because Muslims believe the best prayer is the first prayer that you do before the sun comes up. So that’s when you really see the miracles in your life.
And honestly guys, I’m seeing so many miracles. I’m like, God, wow, wow, wow. I’m thanking God — how did this happen? And how did this happen? Because your girl is taking her prayer time seriously.
That’s where the joy comes. When you know that you’re not tackling your life alone, that you have this God, He has your back. That’s the faith in God I want us to know.
So waking up every day, I listen to my prayer. I have this beautiful prayer from Prayer Hope Daily@PrayerHopeDailyn8s5d on YouTube:
Wherever you are, the invitation is the same. Bring it to Him. Bring the doubt along with the faith. Bring the fear along with the hope. He is not offended by your honesty. And He is not intimidated by your impossible.”
You hear that? God is not intimidated by our impossible. That’s the kind of faith-filled prayer I listen to every day. Fresh one every day.
I’m so in love with this prayer, guys, just to start your day in alignment with God, to remember that you have this big and mighty God who created the whole earth, the whole sun, the moon, the stars, the sky — He’s walking with you. It’s just for us to get to know Him, to know His voice.
God Whisper: Start with Me, Nik. Before the sun comes up. That first appointment is where miracles start. Bring Me the doubt and the faith. I am not intimidated by your impossible.
RECEIPT #1: PAGE 22 — FAITH — I Saw You Looking Before The God Tree
Today He took me to this cross with these words: Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
Can you believe I get to page 22 on our website and it showed up a message there about it. It’s from the Jesus Calling devotional and it says: Faith is the confirmation of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality, perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.”
So here I am just feeling drawn to these words today. Only to get to page 22 for God to say — Nik, I saw you. I saw you looking at that cross before you went to the God Tree.
Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. So that one little word HOPE guys — to keep our hope in God no matter how the situation may look.
No matter how the situation may look, we’re going with that prayer. Nothing, nothing, nothing is impossible for our God.
Those words are there from Jesus Calling and it’s written as if God is speaking: “I AM NEARER than you think, richly present in all your moments. You are connected to Me by Love bonds that nothing can sever. However, you may sometimes feel alone because your union with Me is invisible. Ask me to open your eyes so that you can find Me everywhere. The more aware you are of my Presence, the safer you feel.
So that’s my mission guys — to teach you how I find God everywhere.
RECEIPT #2: ULTRA SOFT + EXTRA — Be My Ambassador
Even this morning I woke up and I saw this package and it was a message from God. Ultra Soft.
He will tell you in your spirit — pay attention to this. Look at this. So this ultra soft for me — it’s just God saying Nik, I need you to be extra gentle right now. Extra patient, extra supportive, extra loving, extra kind.
And I go to page 22:
Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.
So as we tackle the difficult stuff in our lives, we’re going to be strong and courageous. But at the same time, guys, we’re going to be soft. We’re going to be ultra soft in the words that we say, being kinder, gentler, more loving. Giving others more grace because everybody’s going through a hard time. More forgiving. Putting ourselves in other people’s shoes. And we do it for God.
Just seeing those two words — ultra soft — I said, “Okay, God, I got it.”
And then I saw this one too on the detergent bottle said EXTRA. Go to page 22 again — it’s about a conversation with my daughter. She said, “Mom, this is why you don’t have friends.” I say, “Yes, I know I’m extra.” So God just planted that extra on that page 22 again to reveal His presence with me.
As soon as I saw that, I say, “Nik, that’s you, Miss Extra.” And just all day, you’ll move through life and you’ll feel God speaking to you.
God Whisper: Ultra soft, Nik. That’s My word for you today. Strong and courageous on the inside, soft and kind on the outside. Be My ambassador. Yes, you are extra — extra loving for Me.
RECEIPT #3: THE GEICO GECKO — Glimmers Of Presence
Even the other day, I got a letter by accident from Geico. It wasn’t supposed to come to me, guys.
And minutes later after this Geico letter showed up with a gecko on it — you know Geico’s gecko lizard — minutes later the actual gecko lizard came running past our door, guys.
Again, it was like another wink from God just revealing His presence. Nobody can tell me that was an accident that that came in the mail with the gecko on it and then minutes later the real actual gecko comes running across that door.
That’s a sweet love of a guy just to reveal these glimmers of His presence. But if you don’t have eyes to see Him guys, you miss out. So you got to have the eyes to see Him, the ears to hear Him. But you must take time every day to develop that relationship with Him.
So God morning routine — the best choice you can make for your life is getting closer to God. Don’t miss out. The best life is with Him. Wake up every day. Every day. Go to the prayer on YouTube. Go to http://werollwithgod.com.
That’s our mission, guys, to bring you guys closer to God so you can feel His presence. So you could know Him the way we know Him.
