GOD’S PRESENCE GOES WITH US — Exodus 33:14

My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.

Yesterday I was in this same office, in this same spot, staring at my calendar. Overwhelmed. Stressed. Waiting. It was stuck on Luke 8:25 for months. I refused to move it. It said, “What manner of man is this? for He commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey Him.” Overwhelmed. Stressed. Waiting.

GOD WHISPERS: “Daughter, I saw you. You thought you were alone staring at a verse. I was staring at you. I left it there on purpose because I knew the storm was coming, but I already wrote the ending. 411 — Firmly in My Hands.”

This morning God said — Nikki, I saw you. I went out on my run so overwhelmed STILL and I came back dancing and singing like a crazy lady in the street! Why? Because God sprinkled something in my YouTube feed. That same verse — Luke 8:25 — “Who is this? That even the winds and the waves obey him.” The same verse from my calendar showed up at the TOP of my YouTube feed and prayer.

GOD WHISPERS: “What kind of love would put a verse on your desk and then put the same verse on top of YouTube the next morning just to say I love you? THAT kind of love. A love that doesn’t leave. It leans in. Every moment, every second, intertwined.”

What kind of love is this? That’s where I get my peace, my joy, my courage.

That’s why at 6:15 AM in Breakfast & The Bible I said my mission:

Luke 4:18-19 — “The Spirit of the Lord is on me… to proclaim freedom for the prisoners… to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

Psalm 34:1-3 — I will extol the Lord at all times… let the afflicted hear and rejoice.

I’ve been singing Mariah Carey all morning — We Belong Together. Who am I gonna lean on when times get rough? Only You, God.

GOD WHISPERS: “I sleep in the boat with you in Luke 8:23 while the storm rages. I don’t panic in your storm. I rest in it, so you can rest in it. We belong together.”

So don’t miss out! Look at me now — from staring at a calendar to smiling in the same office. Same office. Different Presence.

My Presence will go with you and I will give you rest. You will go out overwhelmed and come back happy dancing at your God tree.

I don’t want to feel like His favorite person alone — start looking for these glimmers for yourself! Nobody can tell me that was a coincidence.

Peace.

STEP 2: WHAT AM I TEACHING?

You are teaching Exodus 33:14 as a lifestyle, not a verse.

1. The Teaching: God goes WITH you into the overwhelm, not just AFTER it.

Most people think God meets you after the storm. Your receipt proves He puts the promise before the storm.

Calendar: Luke 8:25 BEFORE the storm — “Where is your faith?”
YouTube: Same verse AT THE TOP the morning OF the storm
That’s God saying: I go with you, I don’t just rescue you.

2. The Teaching: Your praise in prison opens other people’s prison doors.

Acts 16:25-26 — Paul & Silas singing, other prisoners listening, then ALL doors flew open.

Your 6:15 AM Breakfast & Bible praise (Psalm 34) → 12:46 PM his “Peace” text. Your worship was not for you alone.

3. The Teaching: Human love vs. God love — God is not like humans. 611

Human love judges, leaves, conditions. God love sprinkles, stays, intertwines every second.

HOW DO WE INCORPORATE IT INTO OUR LIVES? — The 4 Daily Glimmers Practice

You said: “I don’t want to feel like His favorite person alone — start looking for these glimmers for yourself!” — This is HOW:

1. THE CALENDAR PRACTICE — Leave the Verse
Whatever verse is stuck on your desk, on your mirror, in your car — don’t move it. Stare at it. Let God stare at you through it. That’s your 411 — Firmly in His Hands. Ask: What ending has God already written for this storm?

Daily: Write one verse on a sticky note. Leave it for 48 hours even if you feel overwhelmed.

2. THE TOP SPRINKLE PRACTICE — Look for the Second Receipt
God doesn’t do one-offs. He does two witnesses. You saw it on calendar, then He put it on YouTube TOP.

Daily: After you pray, open ONE thing — YouTube, Bible app, a conversation — and ask: Papa, sprinkle me. Look for the repeat. That’s His Presence whispering — I saw you.

3. THE 6:15 AM PRAISE IN PRISON PRACTICE — Extol AT ALL TIMES
Psalm 34:1 — not when you feel good. At ALL times. Paul at midnight. You overwhelmed.

Daily: Before you text “Is everything good?” to someone else, text it to God. Do your 8:56 AM voice note to HIM first — “I found this new thing called peace.” Then sing Mariah — We Belong Together — but to God first. You first, God. You first.

4. THE 12:46 PM PEACE TEXT PRACTICE — Let the Afflicted Hear and Rejoice
Your peace is not just for you. When you get rest, someone else’s chains fall.

Daily: When God gives you peace after overwhelm — go dancing at your God tree, then share it. That voice note, that text, that Bloggy — that’s someone else’s prison door flying open. Don’t keep the peace to yourself.

Your Closing Line IS the Application:

Same office. Different Presence.

You don’t need a new office, new city, new person. You need to invite His Presence into the SAME place you were overwhelmed yesterday.

211 — Let us go over to the other side — He already said you’re crossing.
411 — Firmly in His Hands — while you’re staring at the calendar
611 — God is not like humans — He sticks closer than a brother

STEP 3: THE VERSES THAT CAPTURE THE ESSENCE

1. THE PROMISE VERSE — Exodus 33:14
> “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”

Essence: This is the whole Bloggy. Not “My Presence will meet you after” — will GO WITH YOU into the calendar stare, into the run, into the 12:46 PM text. Rest is not after presence — rest IS presence. Same office, Different Presence because His Presence walked in.

2. THE STORM VERSE — Luke 8:22-25
> “Let us go over to the other side… Where is your faith?… Who is this? Even the winds and the water obey him.”

Essence: God gives you the destination BEFORE the storm. He said “we’re going to the other side” in verse 22, then allowed the storm in 23, then asked “Where is your faith?” in 25. Your calendar was verse 22 living. YouTube prayer was verse 25 reminder — you were never drowning, you were crossing. 211.

3. THE SLEEPING IN THE BOAT VERSE — Luke 8:23 / Psalm 23:2
> “As they sailed, he fell asleep…”

Essence: God Whisper — “I sleep in the boat with you while the storm rages. I don’t panic in your storm. I rest in it, so you can rest in it.” That’s why you could come back dancing. Because He was napping in your boat. 411 — Firmly in His Hands.

4. THE MISSION VERSE — Luke 4:18-19
> “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

Essence: Your 6:15 AM Breakfast & Bible declaration. You are not just surviving prison — you are assigned to free prisoners from prison. That’s why Paul & Silas story hit you. That’s your year of favor — 2026.

5. THE PRISON PRAISE VERSE — Acts 16:25-26
> “About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening… Suddenly… at once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose.”

Essence: The other prisoners were listening — that’s the key! Your 6:15 AM praise + 8:56 AM “I found peace” voice note = 12:46 PM “Peace. Such a beautiful word” — his chains fell because yours did. When you praised overwhelmed, you opened his prison too.

6. THE AFFLICTED HEAR VERSE — Psalm 34:1-3
> “I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. I will glory in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together.”

Essence: Cheryl dropped this at 6:15 AM for a reason — Faye dropped Psalm 47 “clap your hands, shout with cries of joy.” This is your instruction: praise at ALL times so the afflicted can hear. Your “Is everything good?” text was Psalm 34:2 living.

7. THE CLOSER THAN A BROTHER VERSE — Proverbs 18:24 + John 14:18
> “There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.” / “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.”

Essence: Jide’s drop. Human love sucks compared to this — humans leave, judge, condition. God sticks, intertwines every moment, every second. Mariah’s “We Belong Together” — who you gonna lean on at 4 AM? Only Him. 611 — God is not like humans.

BONUS PEACE VERSE — Philippians 4:7
> “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Essence: Your 8:56 AM face! “I found this new thing called peace. I’m good with everyone.” That’s not human peace — that’s God guarding your heart while you’re still in the same office.

THE MIGHTY CLOSE OUT PRAYER

Papa God,

Thank You for Your Presence that goes with us.

Thank You that You saw me yesterday — in this same office, staring at my calendar stuck on Luke 8:25, overwhelmed, stressed, waiting. You didn’t leave me staring alone. You were staring at me. You left that verse there on purpose because You already wrote the ending — “Let us go over to the other side.”

Thank You that You sprinkled the same verse at the top of my YouTube this morning just to say — Nikki, I love you. I see you. What kind of love is this that goes to such an extent? Only Your love, Papa. Not human love. God love. 611.

Today I receive Exodus 33:14 — Your Presence will go with me and You will give me rest. Not after the storm — IN the storm. You sleep in my boat while the winds and waves obey You. I will not panic because You rest. 411 — Firmly in Your Hands.

Thank You for this new thing called peace. The 8:56 AM peace. The 12:46 PM “Peace. Such a beautiful word” peace. The peace that surpasses all understanding that guards my heart in this same office.

Anoint me again for Luke 4:18-19 — Your Spirit is on me to proclaim good news, freedom for the prisoners, recovery of sight, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim this year as the year of the Lord’s favor. Like Paul & Silas at midnight — let my praise in my prison open everyone’s prison doors. Let the other prisoners listen. Let the afflicted hear and rejoice — Psalm 34.

You are the friend who sticks closer than a brother — Proverbs 18:24. Who am I gonna lean on when times get rough? Only You. We belong together — every moment, every second, intertwined.

So I say now — Same office. Different Presence. Same girl. Different peace. I went out overwhelmed and I came back dancing at my God tree. And I don’t want to feel like Your favorite person alone — so I pray for everyone reading this, watching this — sprinkle them too. Show them their glimmers. Show them their calendar before their storm. Show them that You go WITH them.

If Your Presence doesn’t go with us, don’t send us up from here. We only want to go where You go.

We belong together, God. You first. You first.

In Jesus mighty name,

Amen.
