YOU ARE NOT ALONE; YOU HAVE GOD
Does anyone else need that reminder that just popped across my computer screen? Let me tell ya, this life is not easy, and there will be lots of challenges, trials, and dilemmas that we must deal with, and that’s where a relationship with God comes sweetly in to help us navigate through it all. IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO LEARN THE VOICE OF GOD AND HIS PRINCIPLES AND VALUES FOR OUR LIVES!!!
“Tell them to be wise,” was the advice Kevin gave to someone who is going through an extremely rough patch right now. For me, I advised that they go the extra mile in love, mercy, humility, gentleness, patience, and kindness, asking God for wisdom on how to respond to every difficult moment. HOLDING ON TO GOD’S HANDS SUPER TIGHT, PRAYING FOR HIS STRENGTH TO HELP ENDURE WHATEVER COMES. DON’T REPAY EVIL WITH EVIL; REPAY EVIL WITH GOOD. Right after that talk, I read my beloved calendar, Mottos for Succes, which God speaks to me through, and it incredibly repeated my message to her:
“Handle with wisdom, tact, respect, courtesy, and kindness the hearts of the people you work and meet with regularly; you will win many friends, and you will avoid alienating, offending, or hurting others.
What is desired in a man is kindness.” – Proverbs 19:22″
Believe it or not, God was speaking to her through that calendar and confirming that this was what He wanted her to do. No coincidence!!! That’s God’s deep involvement in our lives. Suppose she was to go the other route of repaying evil for evil. In that case, she will only make her situation extremely more difficult. So, I advised her to control her emotions, be silent and kind, and allow God to fight the battle on her behalf.
We are not alone; we have God! Look to Him in every moment, asking what He would have you do, what he would have you say, and where He would have you go, and I promise that His ways are always best. Make sure you are having your alone time every day with Him reading or listening to anything spiritual, so you will begin to pick up what He is saying to you and only you. God is real and He wants a relationship with you!!!
