HEEHAW! I just said to everyone! That I just took a shower, changed into some comfy clothes, and I’m sitting at my computer so excited to tell you guys current, up to this moment, information on my gorgeous life’s adventure with God.

Like yesterday, I picked up someone from the airport and said we’re going on an adventure to the nearest Cheesecake Factory. I put it in my phone’s GPS, and off we went. We ended up in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and I had difficulty finding somewhere to park. I finally found a spot, and when we hit the main strip, my guest suggested I take a picture of where we were so that I could find our way back to my car. We’re standing on the corner, and the restaurant there is playing the song, ‘A Lovely Day.’ Can you believe that a week before this, my guest had hired a carpenter to paint a sign for the entrance of her house that says, ‘Lovely Day?’ For us to stand at that corner, for that song to play of all the songs on the world, was God’s sweet way of revealing His invisible Presence with us. No coincidence!

Then, this morning, I had an appointment with God at 43 minutes past the hour, reading page 43 of our family’s website, and this beautiful message showed up on the very top of that page:

“Hope: If you only carry one thing throughout your entire life, let it be hope. Let it be hope that better things are always ahead. Let it be hope that you can get through even the toughest of times.”

Fast forward an hour or so later, I’m talking to someone over the phone, and they’re crying and all emotional. I told them about what I learned from my brother Kevin recently. He said how you have two sides of your hand, you can look at one side of life reflecting on what’s wrong, or you can turn your hand over and look at the other side – the good. It’s your choice. So I asked them to tell me five things they were grateful for, and amazingly her first thing was “HOPE!” I quickly sent a pic of the hope message from page 43, saying this is a message from God to them. Again, no coincidence!

This prayer was also on page 43:

“Heavenly Father, I know that I am in battle against a supernatural force of evil, and the only way I can be triumphant in this battle is through an even more powerful force. I know that you are that force. Thank you for giving me the wisdom, courage, and strength to be your hands and feet in this world. Thank you for the opportunity to stand between oppression and freedom. Today, I cast down every fear, every thought that doesn’t align with your Word. I ask you today to give me the discernment to identify the strategies of the enemy and the wisdom to respond. Grant me the courage to act based on my training, preparation, and level of skill. In Jesus’ Holy Name I pray. Amen.” – Lt. Col. Dave Grossman

Fast forward to me being out on my run, again a little over an hour later, and being so tired after a very exhausting week, that I just sat on a bench near my God tree asking God what He had to say to me. This time I went to Tumblr.com, but when the usual God posts didn’t speak so much to me, I searched for “Spiritual Warrior.” Look at one of the top posts there:

I smiled with God, knowing this was no coincidence, but Him AGAIN revealing His invisible presence with me. I said, ‘High Five, God!’ And that’s why every day is a Lovely Day; WE HAVE GOD’S INVISIBLE PRESENCE BACKING US UP! HUGE SMILE!
